TAELINA RICHARDSON GIBSON

Taelina Richardson Gibson, age 51 of DeFuniak Springs passed away Saturday morning, October 24, 2020 at the family residence.  She was born  July 21, 1969 in Florala, Alabama the daughter of Ray Elton Richardson and Jewell Dean Thompson Richardson.   After attending Paxton High School, Taelina got married and had two children.   Her children and her niece and nephews and great nieces and nephews became her whole life.  She loved being with them and devoted her time in doing what they wanted to do.  In her last months, as ill health prevailed she found great comfort in listening to spiritual music, old time church hymns.

Among survivors are her daughter, Ashney Rivers; her son Hayden Escobedo.  Her sister,  Tracie Richardson and  husband Perfecto Tabia.  Her nephews and niece,  Amber Nicole Ealum,  Aaron  Anderson and Ethan Tapia and nine great nieces and nephews.  The father of her son, Cecilo Escobedo also survives.
