MICHAEL HOTARIE, JR.

Mr. Michael Hotarie, age 89 passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 in Stanley House Assisted Living in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.  He was born February 10, 1929 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania the son of Michael Joseph Hotarie and Mary Kuhar Hotarie.   He served his country in the United States Air Force and was an accomplished saxophone player and had his own poka band.  He was employed as a welder and after retirement enjoyed living in Florida after moving from Pennsylvania.

Among survivors are his step sons, Terry Branka and Dr. Ron Branka; his significant other and trusted friend, Marlene. Tipton of Gainesville, Florida also survives.
