MARCUS JEFFERSON PARISH, III

Marcus Jefferson Parish, III, Jeff to friends and family, went to be with his Lord on December 14, 2020.  He was born in Florala, Alabama on June 6, 1942, son of Marcus Jefferson Parish, Jr. and Eva Nell Paul Parish.  He was a lifelong Baptist.  Jeff was a graduate of Georgia Tech and a veteran of the United States Army.  He spent thirty-five years working in the electric utility industry.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Wendy Parish.

Among survivors are his wife, Harriet of Alpharetta, Georgia, his daughter, Donna Brundage and husband Danny of Marietta, Georgia, his son Mark Parish IV and wife Alex of Charlotte, North Carolina and seven grandchildren, Joshua Brundage, Jeremy Brundage, Jordan Mango and husband Justin, Jessica Parish, Haley-Anne Parish, Joseph Parish and Marshall Parish.  He is also survived by his sister, Sylvia Parish of Conyers, Georgia.

Memorials may be made in Jeff Parish's memory to Agape Hospice Care, 1395 South Marietta Parkway, Building 300 Suite 216, Marietta, Georgia 30067.  Graveside services will be held Friday, December 18, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. in the Parish Family Plot in Magnolia Cemetery with Reverend Bobby Tucker officiating.  Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery.  Friends and family may go on line to view obituaries, offer condolences and sign the guest register at jerryevansfuneralhome.com
