Leslie Caldwell, Jr

Mr. Leslie Caldwell, Jr. age 80 of Niceville passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 in Shoal Creek Rehabilitation Center. He was born September 12, 1936 in Hazard, Kentucky, the son of Leslie and Lutie Ellen Rudd Caldwell. At a young age he joined the United States Marine Corps and later transferred into the Air Force. Upon completion of his military service he worked in the field of surgical optometry and most will remember him in his association with Dr. Church.
He is predeceased by his parents, his wife Juanita and his brother Buster Caldwell and wife Shirley.

Among survivors are his brothers, Jimmie Caldwell and wife Olivean, Jack Caldwell and wife Janie; his sisters Anna Williams and husband Vernon and Ethel Bymaster. His sister-in-law, Shirley Evans and several nieces and nephews also survive.
